M&E Building Serices

I have been more than two (2) years being involved in Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Projects. Many things that i have learned from building services, even-though my background is not suitable with. In this post, i am trying to explain what the scope of works for Mechanical & Electrical Services are.

The Scope of Works could be providing these services as follow:

1. HT Power including Transformer and ring main unit

2. LV Power including Main Switchboard and Cabling

3. Small Power and Lighting Services for the building itself
